Friends! It has been absolutely too long since I’ve blogged. I’ve been busy slinging boba tea while I attempt to learn Mandarin, recording the Lavender book for Audible, and walking through premarital counseling for two couples who basically showed up on our doorstep in January asking to be discipled. Erik officiated the second couple’s wedding yesterday… and now I’m coming back up for air.
This week two old friends, Spencer and Dave Robinette, asked me to be a guest on The Unmasked Podcast. It was a fun conversation! They wanted to know all about my book, and I ended up telling some of the best stories from it. Sweet Hannah, I just listened to your podcast. I now understand better the depth of worship to our Amazing God through our willingness to just trust Him. Thank you for doing such a good job of describing what you went through and recognizing what God was teaching you and helping me see the pure joy God wants and gets when we trust Him with the little things along with the big stuff. So glad you are able and willing to go through the growing pain of developing deeper TRUST muscles before you met Eric so you can share what God wants to say to so many about trusting Him! And now you and Eric both hold on to each other and are growing in deep trust together. Praying for you both. P.S. I must go back and read your book again to see what I missed the first time around what my Heavenly Father wants me to see and learn about trusting Him more.
